gimp is free to use, however it works better on linux than windows. it is still usable on windows but from time to time the mouse will lag so just be aware of that !!

if you aren't able to download anything, kleki is a good online drawing program. every 20 minutes the program will ask you to save your drawing so it's good in case you forget to !!
